T30 $10 1861 PF-3 Cr. 239 PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.Printed by Blanton Duncan, but without his imprint, this Second Series note is well printed and fully framed, with PMG mentioning some pinholes that do not overly distract. Of the 506 T30s presently in the PMG Population Report, only three other notes are graded higher than this example which is tied with two others.
