Fr. 61c $5 1862 Legal Tender PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.A simply lovely example of this early $5 Legal that has full, Gem sized margins, wonderful color, and pleasing paper quality. Solid punch-through embossing is also a highlight of this note that is very difficult to locate in such a lofty state of preservation. The holder incorrectly lists this note as a Fr. 62 and PMG would be happy to correct this.
