Description

Continental Currency November 2, 1776 $4 PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
A handsome Continental, this piece features a razor-sharp vignette showing a boar running toward a spear. The Latin motto surrounding the vignette translates as, "Either death or an honorable life." The note is extremely well margined, and if not for the somewhat off-center back, it would likely have qualified as a Gem.
