Watertown, NY - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 634 The Watertown NB Ch. # 2657This northern New York $10 is a so-called "Fourth Charter" note with the 1922 plate date. This is an interesting variety, and "Fourth Charters" have their own story to tell. Very Fine, with the signatures gone.
