Fr. 246 $2 1891 Silver Certificate PMG Very Fine 30.A nice, problem-free Windom Deuce that comes with good color and excellent margins. It would be a great candidate for a moderately circulated type set. Originally acquired by our consignor from William Donlon in 1971, the receipt was a nice reminder of the prices of yesteryear, specifically the modest 5% New York sales tax.
