Fr. 962a $20 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PMG Very Fine 25 Net.A scarce Dallas district Red Seal which was last sold in our 2010 Boston ANA Auction for nearly $1,100. It is one of only about thirty examples known, with only two of that number grading higher than Extremely Fine 45. This evenly margined specimen displays a bright red overprint for the grade. There is a hint of rust on the back, which is responsible for the Net grade.
