Description

Athens, AL - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 634 The First NB Ch. # 6146
This is one of the so-called "Fourth Charter" notes that has a 1922 date. This example has been torn in half and reattached with tape. Also, the left-hand side was left exposed, becoming dark in the process, while the right-hand side is still bright, and with a readable president signature of R.N. Cartwright. Our records include only four past offerings in the last sixty years, including our FUN 2004 Sale. A note worthy of attention, despite its faults. Good-Very Good, torn in half and taped.
