Near Gem $50 Dallas FRBN
Fr. 1880-K $50 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.PMG and PCGS have combined to grade only eight total Dallas $50 FRBNs which speaks volumes as to how difficult these are to find in the uncirculated grades, let alone a near gem example like this. The surfaces are fully original, and the overprint embossing can easily be viewed though the third party holder. Only slightly better centering would have ensured that this note reached the full gem category.
