Fr. 368 $10 1890 Treasury Note PCGS Apparent Choice About New 58.This $10 Treasury note gives the appearance of a Choice New example at first glance when viewed through the holder and the vignette of General Sheridan is unusually sharp. Upon close examination, a small repair is found in the top margin and a small area of discoloration is noticed on the back.
