White Plains, NY - $20 1929 Ty. 1 The Peoples NB & TC Ch. # 12574While small notes from this bank are nowhere near as rare as the White Plains Red Seal above, they are hardly common either, and always draw considerable interest when offered. We sold this piece to our consignor back in 1986, and it's been off the market since. Fine-Very Fine, trimmed close at the bottom right.
