Description

$1,000,000 U.S. Treasury Bond of 1963. PCGS New 61.
The second bond issued to the First National Bank of Boston that was repatriated from Cuba. Serial Number 2, while highly desirable, may end up taking a back seat to the interesting story and grandeur that comes with this $1 Million financial instrument. With most of the same design elements as the $1 Million bearer bond featured in the Taylor Family Collection, this piece has excellent color and full original paper wave. It likely received a grade of New 61 for some minor handling and a few minor pinholes in the top margin.
