Fr. 278 $5 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45. Natural paper wave including an embossed Treasury Seal highlight this charming Chief. Friedberg 278s have the face plate number in two different positions. The first variety displays the plate number directly below the right-hand plate letter, while the second variety has the plate number to the immediate right of the right-hand plate letter.
