Federal Gasoline Ration Coupons (1974) Uncut Sheet of Twelve.The gas crisis of 1973-74 brought about these coupons for a nation wide ration program that was never implemented. Before being destroyed in the 1980's, some were spirited away into the collector community. Extremely Fine.
