Fr. 1923-B $1 1995 Federal Reserve Web Notes. Original Pack of 100 with Changeover Pair. Gem Crisp Uncirculated.This is a nicely preserved pack from run 8 that contains a face plate changeover pair. Notes 1 through 81 are of the 1/12 plate combo and notes 82 through 100 are of the 5/12 plate combo. This is the first pack that we have offered of this Friedberg number and it also contains the first Web changeover pair that we can recall. (Total: 100 notes)
