Lowville, NY - $100 1902 Plain Back Fr. 704 The Black River NB Ch. # 2426This northern New York bank chose to issue only the high denominations during the Third Charter Period and just two $100s are currently reported from here. This example is an evenly circulated piece with good signatures. A couple of inconsequential stains have been noticed by PCGS, resulting in a grade of Apparent Very Fine 20.
