Boston, MA - $10 1875 Fr. 417 The Metropolitan NB Ch. # 2289A very scarce Boston bank which issued only Series 1875 and Brown Back examples during its short lifetime. This piece is new to the census, which now numbers six. It's considerably nicer than its PMG assigned grade of Fine 12 Net might indicate, with the net grade coming from a few repaired splits.
