Interlaken, NY - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 661 The Wheeler NB Ch. # 13037A simply wonderful New York rarity that we have had the privilege of offering once before in our 2006 Long Beach sale. At the time, this lovely double serial number 1 $20 was new to the collecting fraternity and was the first large size example ever heard of from this obscure Seneca County location. In that sale, this well preserved pen signed beauty realized a strong $34,500 on a $15,000-$25,000 estimate. Six years later, it is still just as attractive and still unique for the bank and therefore this New York trophy note should bring a similar realization. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
