Sayre, OK - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The Beckham County NB Ch. # 9976Another great Oklahoma rarity from this outstanding collection. This institution was one of the most thinly capitalized in the state, and consequently issued just a literal handful of notes, both large and small. No large examples have ever been seen from here, and the small size population stands at just two pieces, with this the higher grade of the pair. This marks only the second opportunity in over sixty years for collectors to obtain any example from here, with the first appearance coming when our consignor purchased this piece for his holdings several years ago.
