Description
Tioga, PA- Tioga County Bank $100 18__ G14a Proof PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 64.The $100 design features a cut down version of the train vignette later used on T39 CSA $100 Treasury Notes printed by Hoyer & Ludwig and J.T. Paterson. There is a denominational end panel at left and a portrait of Jefferson at lower right. The note has an overall orange tint and twin orange and white 100 protectors in the signature lines. The note is printed on India paper mounted on cardstock and has six POCs in the signature lines. There were only three examples of this note in the 1990 ABNCo Archives sale. Very scarce and seldom offered.
