T49 $100 1862 PF-2 Cr. 348 PMG Very Fine 25.
The first $100 Confederate Treasury Note to possess a back, the T49 was engraved by Keatinge & Ball of Columbia, SC. Our current offering was printed on paper watermarked "CSA" in block letters surrounded by wavy lines. A side profile portrait of Lucy Pickens is featured prominently at center, with depictions of Confederate soldiers at left and George Wythe Randolph at right. The green back with text explains the terms of note.
