T26 $10 1861 PF-21 Cr. 191 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 30 PPQ.The T26 Confederate Treasury Note, issued from July 12 through December 8, 1862, features portraits of R.M.T. Hunter and C.G. Memminger at right and left, respectively. At center, Hope leans on an anchor. PCGS Banknote has bestowed upon this example its coveted PPQ designation for original paper surfaces.
