Fr. 1379 50¢ Fourth Issue Dexter PCGS Choice About New 55.Nice margins and good color are seen on this pleasing example that appears new in its PCGS holder. Samuel Dexter (1761-1816) served under Presidents John Adams and Thomas Jefferson. He died of scarlet fever on May 4, 1816.
