CT16/86F Counterfeit $50 1861 PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.Likely an Upham counterfeit, the top left corner design is Type 4 and the rays in the 50 sunburst are not outlined. Although partially trimmed off, the imprint Fac Simile of Confederate Note is still in evidence in the bottom border on this note printed on red fiber paper.
