Continental Currency January 14, 1779 $45 PMG About Uncirculated 50.The note is boldly printed in red and black with an emblem on the face of two beehives protected in a shed with the motto SIC FLORET RESPUBLICA (Therefore the republic will flourish). The back sports a nature print of ground ivy. The signatures of William Coats and Levi Budd are clear and dark. PMG mentions stains.
