Fr. 955b $20 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PCGS Banknote Very Fine 30.Better grade Red Seals are a bit more difficult to acquire as they usually are held tightly. This Cleveland note displays bright paper, even wear, and a vivid red overprint. It's one of just 72 numbers in the census.
