Peekskill, NY - $20 1929 Ty. 1 The Peekskill National Bank Ch. # 8398 Very Good.The paper is still snappy on this well circulated $20 from this Westchester County bank. Frank Southard was the cashier from 1925-29. He passed away in 1930 and the position was not filled until 1931 by D.M. Barry. John Towart, Jr. was president from 1925 until after the National era.
