Columbia, SC - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 625 The Palmetto NB Ch. # (S)8133A solid capital city note that bears a very appropriate title for a South Carolina bank. The Palmetto National issued large size only before liquidating in 1923 and this is one of the better examples we have seen from here as most of the surviving specimens have miscut margins. Very Fine, with dark stamped signatures and four ample margins.
