New Hebrides Services Nationaux Francais 5 Francs ND (1943) Pick 1A World War Two emergency issue printed locally with the second commissioner signature as detailed in World War Two Remembered by Schwan and Boling. The Net grade is due to being repaired, stains, and a split. Not surprising since New Hebrides was a distant French-British condominium outpost on the front lines with the Empire of Japan. PMG Very Fine 30 Net.
