Norfolk, VA - Exchange Bank at Lynchburg $3 July 1, 1862We very rarely encounter this $3 denomination. This was a lithographed Civil War issue. The central emblem includes the phrase SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS. Very Good-Fine.
