Russia - East Siberia Banque de l'Indo-Chine 100 Rubles 12.2.1919 P S1258s SpecimenThe 100 Ruble Specimen in the series. Red-brown back and red-brown-on-multicolor front. Series A, serial number 000000 in red. Slightly imperfect centering but still a full Gem. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ, with four POC.
