Russia - East Siberia Banque de l'Indo-Chine 25 Rubles 12.2.1919 P S1257s SpecimenNext denomination in the Banque de l'Indo-Chine series. Dark green on multicolor front and dark green back. Series B, serial # 000000. Some corner-tip folds but no horizontal or verticals. Fully original paper. PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ, with four POCs.
