This lot and the next three comprise a complete set of the proposed 1919 Vladivostok Issue. None of the denominations were issued, and the notes are available only in Specimen or Proof form. The notes have a uniform size and design with French and Russian text and the head of female with a Liberty cap in the center oval on the front. ABNC printer. This 5 Ruble note has a dark blue-and-multicolor front with "SPECIMEN" in red twice diagonally across the front and once across the back. Series A. Red serial number 000000. About as close to perfection as one can find. PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ, with four POCs.
