A red overprint and Specimen number are seen on this German 50 Euro. Very rare in this format, this is the first we have offered. A tiny serial number "2" is seen, along with the X prefix for Germany. This is currently the lone example graded in the PMG Population Report. A mount remnant is mentioned for accuracy.
