French Indochina Banque de l'Indo-Chine 100 Piastres ND (1945) Pick 78s Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
This beautiful denomination is challenging to acquire in the best of grades. In fact, there are no Uncirculated examples of the issued banknote graded in the PMG Population Report, which leaves Specimens as the best option to obtain this design in the highest of grades. This specific example appears to have been prepared as an issued note, and then transformed into a Specimen with perforated cancellations. Scarce in any format and very desirable in Choice Uncirculated grade.
