Japan Bank of Japan 1 Yen 1885; ND (1889) Picks 22; 26 JNDA 11-25; 11-29 PMG Choice Very Fine 35; About Uncirculated 50.A handsome pair of beautiful notes, each unusually choice for the type. Vivid colors are easily noted on both, much better than typically seen. Of note, Pick 26 looks similar to subsequent issues, but much more scarce. The visual appeal for this lot is quite good, considering that these are 19th century issued banknotes.

明治十七年（1885）日本銀行兌換銀券壹圓；1889年日本銀行兌換銀券壹圓。PMG Choice Very Fine 35 及 About Uncirculated 50。
一組不常見的精美紙幣。兩面顏色鮮明，比起平時看到的更為好一些。值得注意的是，Pick 26與其後的發行十分類似，但更為稀缺。考慮到這些是19世紀發行的紙幣，紙幣的狀態仍保存十分良好。
