Dominican Republic Banco Nacional de Santo Domingo 5 Pesos = 5 Dollars 31.1.1912 Pick S153s Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.A scarce design by the American Banknote Company, and a type that may be unknown in issued format. At the time of cataloging, a mere five Proofs and nine Specimen are graded in the PMG Population Report. Hole punch and overprint cancelled. The extra tall top margin is mentioned for accuracy. This is only the second example of this type we have offered.
