Fr. 287 $10 1880 Silver Certificate PCGS Very Fine 20PPQ.Series 1880 Silver Certificates are widely popular for their design elements, in particular the large engraving of the word SILVER across the back design. A bold red seal and lacy X on the face to signify the denomination add to the overall aesthetics of the design. Few survivors exhibit problem free surfaces, let alone a wholesome body that is free of the imperfections that are common to all Very Fines. A simply perfect example for the grade.
