Fr. 245 $2 1891 Silver Certificate PMG Extremely Fine 40.An unusually handsome "Windom" (so known for the central vignette of William Windom, who served as Secretary of the Treasury) that has broad margins and excellent color. This has always been a very difficult type to locate as a clean XF example.
