Scarce denomination offered here in Specimen format. Star punched and perforation cancelled. Signature panel of Delprat-Vissering. One of only three examples of this type in Specimen format in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging. As made indentations are seen. This piece is especially desirable in Uncirculated grade.
