Fr. 1936-F $2 1995 Federal Reserve Note. Gem Crisp Uncirculated.The BEP started in the 1980s to cut back on block sizes from 99,999,999 notes to 96,000,000. This was mostly due to 32-subject sheet configurations. Serial numbers above 96,000,000 are reserved for uncut sheet products. This Atlanta $2 sports serial number 95999905 and thus it comes from the last pack for general circulation.
