Uncirculated 64.Upon close inspection of the PMG Population Report, one will find that this lovely New York $1,000 can be considered a sleeper high denom. While PMG has graded exactly 345 examples of this Friedberg, only six have reached the Uncirculated level. Narrowing that figure down even more, of that small population just a single example carries the EPQ designation, which is a 64 EPQ that is also the finest known. Knowing these statistics, it can be noted that this Fr. 2211-B is tied for second highest graded with one other.
