This interesting exchange change was printed with Russian and English text and prepared for the city of Harbin. This handsome note was exchangeable for $10 USD at the International Banking Corporation office at 60 Wall Street in New York City. Also interestingly, this Specimen is undated. Overprinted and punch hole cancelled. We have not offered this American Banknote Company Specimen in the past.
