Fr. 351 $1 1891 Treasury Note PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.Quite near the full Gem grade, the margins are just a touch shy of what one would want to see in a Gem. The original embossing is easily seen and the ink colors are 100 percent perfect. A very nice Stanton Treasury ace.
