Description

China American-Oriental Banking Corporation, Shanghai 5 Dollars 16.9.1924 Pick S102s S/M#S53-2 Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
A pretty Specimen prepared by American Bank Note Company. This denomination is notoriously rare in issued format, which leaves Specimen as the more reasonable method to acquire the type. This Specimen was at the top of the printed sheet, hence the extra wide top margin. A plethora of typed and printed notations are mentioned for accuracy. Additionally, as the was the custom, two hole punched cancellations and red overprints were applied.

PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ。
