Gilmer, TX - Upshur County 25¢ Nov.1, 1862 UNLNot only is this note from an issuer that is extremely rare in any denomination, but it is a denomination that is not listed in Medlar. This piece displays an attractive steamboat vignette, and grades Very Fine, although there is a small piece missing from the upper right corner tip and a couple of tiny nicks and a tiny hole are also present. A fleeting opportunity for the Texas specialist.
