Description

Famed People's Bank Highest Denomination

China People's Bank of China 10 Yuan 1953 Pick 870 S/M#C283-14 PMG Very Fine 30.
One of the 20th-century's most famous banknotes. This denomination was the highest of the People's Bank series of the mid-1950s, and it replaced the previous inflationary series at a rate of 10,000:1, which indicates the large purchasing power of this note. Although moderately circulated, this offering has good eye appeal for the type and no netting issues. A type that will always be desired due to its high value, large size, and rarity.

PMG Very Fine 30。
