Fr. 309 $20 1880 Silver Certificate PMG Very Fine 25.One of just 64 examples enumerated in the latest Track & Price Census for this number, this Decatur $20 Silver has seen time in circulation, but is a truly delightful representative of an elusive and popular type. According to the PMG Population Report, fewer than a dozen examples of this number have achieved a grade higher than this pleasing piece. Darkly printed design details accentuate a bold large brown Treasury Seal on the face. "SILVER" in large letters is featured on the intricate back this piece bears. PMG has not commented on any consequential condition issues.
