EPQ.The absolutely gorgeous $2 Educational in this lot possesses crackling fresh, completely original paper surfaces, dazzling red Treasury Seal and green back ink colors, and deep serial number embossing. Similar to the other notes in the Educational series, this deuce highlights important American figures on its back with portraits of Samuel F.B. Morse and Robert Fulton. The face showcases Science Presenting Steam and Electricity to Commerce and Manufacture. The last PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ certified example we offered brought $12,000 in September 2024.
