Virginia September 1, 1775 £12 PMG Fine 12.The highest denomination James River Bank Form, this is the variety with a blank back that is more commonly encountered. The trio of signatures of Nicholas, Norvell and Johnson have faded but are still readable. "Edge damage" is noted on the holder and is present on all sides.
