Fr. 353 $2 1890 Treasury Note PMG Choice Very Fine 35.Any collector of circulated notes would be well more than pleased to receive this piece as a Very Fine 35. There is no doubt that the grade is technically correct, but the eye appeal and overall flash of this Fancy Back Treasury Two convinces the viewer that he is looking at a far higher graded note.
